On November 13, 2023, Evelyn M. Mwangi (nee Njoroge) passed away after a brief illness. She was the beloved wife of Duncan Mwangi Gachoka and devoted mother to Christine Enetak & Kinglsley Enetak and Hilda Graves & Eric Graves.
She is survived by her mother, mother-in-law, sisters, brothers, sisters and a brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, former students, and friends, too many to name, all of whom held a special place in her heart.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Saturday, December 9, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM at Schimunek Funeral Home, 9705 Belair Rd, Nottingham, MD 21236. A graveside service will follow at Gardens of Faith Memorial Gardens, 5598 Trumps Mill Rd, Baltimore, MD 21206, at 1:00 PM.
