On August 17, 2021, Dolores C. Bell-Ross (nee Jasinski) passed away. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward D. Bell; devoted mother of Charlamayne Hare, and her husband John, Laureen Sandler, Brenda Schwarz, and the late Daniel Bell; loving grandmother of 8 grandchildren; dear great grandmother of 8 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
