Michael Francis Connolly, age 86 of Norwood, and formerly of Towson MD, Friday Sept. 11, 2015. Born and raised in Norwood on Monroe Street, he was a son of the late Michael J. and Mary (Naughton) Connolly; devoted father of Michael L. Connolly and his wife Kacy Karlen of Cambridge, and the late Randy and Joseph Connolly; longtime companion of Deborah Hussey; brother of Joseph Connolly of Jacksonville FL, and the late Mary Jane Hogan; uncle of Nancy Fogel, and Maureen and Pattie Hogan, and cousin of Jack Connolly of Norwood and the late Paul Connolly. Services are private. Late retired machinist for MBTA. United States Coast Guard Korean War Vet. Member of Elks Club, American Legion, and Veterans for Peace.
