Kelvin worked for Clyde-Savannah schools and Oxford Academy as a janitor for 26 years.
He is survived by two daughters Ashley Schneider Brazee of Norwich, NY and Britney (Wesley) Brazee Bassa of Hallstead, Pa, brothers Randy (Lolita) Brazee and Varley Brazee, both of oxford, NY, sisters, Delilah Isbell of Oxford, NY, Deborah (David) Sherboneau of Moravia, NY, Cindy Brazee (Rolland ManWarren) of Norwich, NY, sisters-in-law Diania and Rhonda Brazee and 7 grandchildren.
He was predeceased by his mother and father, brothers, Stephen, Dale, Bernard and Gary Brazee, sister-in-law Karen Brazee and granddaughter McKenna Demuth.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date to be announced.
