Ralph Anthony Cestero, age 67 of North Palm Beach, Florida, passed away December 27, 2020, from natural causes. Born in Manhattan on January 3, 1953, Ralph spent his childhood in Bayside, Long Island, and Puerto Rico. Heading south, he raised his family in Northern Virginia before ultimately retiring in Florida. Ralph was a lifelong Yankees fan and knowledgeable car enthusiast, devoting his career to turning knuckles white. He was slow on foot, fast on wheels. A lover of all sweets, he worked it off on the basketball court and the beach.
Ralph spent his entire life dedicated to his family, his community, and his job. Some may say that the lines between them were nonexistent. Many of his lifelong friends started as co-workers, clients, and neighbors. His uncanny devotion and immeasurable kindness were infectious. He was always willing to help others in need, and he never missed an opportunity to share a moment with those he loved.
Ralph leaves behind a loving family in his wife, Maureen, his children, Richard (Erin), Laura (Andrew) Murphy, and Michael, his stepdaughters, Chrissy Rothwell, and Brittany (Patrick) Mooney, as well as grandchildren Colin, Colton, Ana, Katie, and Brea. He also leaves behind his mother, Maria Cristina DeDonato and siblings, Karen and Bobby. Ralph was a beloved uncle to Tony, Krizia, and Bobby Jr. and enjoyed a close relationship with his many cousins and extended family.
Visitation will be held on December 31, 2020, at 12:00 pm at Howard-Quattlebaum Funeral Cremation and Event Center, 754 US Highway 1, North Palm Beach, FL, with the funeral service immediately following at 2:00 pm.
