Albert  Lee was a giant among men.  His love for humanity was unfathomable and his spirit of giving cannot be measured or scaled. May your soul rest in peace.

My uncle was one of the kindest, most generous, and most hardworking people I have ever known.  He genuinely cared about other people.  So many times I remember hearing him say, "Alright, mek mi see what a can do." [Let me see what I can do to help].  And the fascinating stories he told to support his point in the middle of those frequent debates/discussions that always seemed to begin with, " I know a guy ...,"     or "I met a guy one time...," or "I have a friend..." still echo in my mind.  I even remember so many times, my Aunt Mary telling my mother (her sister) "Albert say..."  I remember thinking in those days that in addition to good business sense, he also seemed to have so much wisdom; to be so practical about life.    

The world is the poorer for his passing, and our hearts go out to all the immediate family at this time.

May your faith in God and your best memories of Mr. Lee, along with the love and support of family and friends sustain you and see you through yet another difficult loss.

One of my memories is of the wonderful duck breads that my mother used to order. Another is of the inexhaustible energy that my uncle Mr Lee used to have. Seem like him was always working. Also, can’t leave out the animated debates with  my father, “Missa Kyati”
Truly the ending of an era.

A true son of Jamaica has moved on to a better place. May his soul Rest In Peace.

My fondest memories are of me and my sister being at the shop in Kingston. Mr. Lee's bakery made the best hard dough bread that I've ever tasted.  He was always so kind with an inviting smile.  He allowed us to roam all over the shop and explore the bakery areas .  We would look forward to going and 'helping' out. I believe we ate more than we helped!! Our families were very close during those early years in Jamaica. My Pappa, Bunny McGregor and Mr. Lee were like brothers to the very end. RIP Mr. Lee and God bless your family during this time of bereavement.  You will be missed.
