Mattie Troutman Perry 96 of Little Rock, AR went home to be with the Lord on July 23, 2014. She was born October 04, 1917 to the late Frank and Della Troutman in Lolly, AR. She is preceded in death by her parents and husbands Roy Wiley and Fred Perry also 7 brothers and one sister. She is survived by niece and caregiver Janet Troutman Ward (John) and nephew and caregiver Ricky Troutman (Sherry) and many more nieces and nephews.
