Linda Fay Gerrald

Linda was the youngest daughter of William and Mary Pennington, born in Shelby County, TN. She graduated from North Little Rock High School.

Her expertise and attention to details, along with her dry sense of humor and contagious grin, made her a beloved asset everywhere she worked, including Acme Brick and Distinctive Kitchens and Baths.

Linda loved all animals, especially horses, and her dogs and cats. She often took in strays. She had two green thumbs and enjoyed her backyard oasis, often sharing it with family and friends.

Her greatest source of pride were her two children, Deborah Ann (David) Broome of San Antonio, Texas and David Allen Gerrald of Little Rock.

She was preceded in death by her parents and oldest sister, Mary Ann Cox. Survivors, in addition to her children, include, a sister, Betty (Neil) Daniels; a brother, William T (Wendy) Pennington of Clemson, SC; and many dear friends, including Sherry Cooper of North Little Rock and Diane Spriggs of Hensley. They will all miss their Lady in Red.

A memorial service will be held at 3:00 p.m.on Saturday, January 7, 2023 at Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock. In lieu of flowers at her service, her loved ones ask that you plant something in her memory. Griffinleggettresthills.com
