Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 51 years, Mary Ruth Henson May. His two daughters, Shellie Ruth Nickles Rowlett and husband, Mark Rowlett; Jackie Lynn May Rooke and husband, Shawn Rooke. His three grandsons, Ty Nicklas Sisson and wife, Allie Sisson; Ryan Mathew Rooke and wife, Keeli Rooke; and Reece Michael Rooke.

Jack loved traveling the world working as a welding engineer, but his family was his whole world, especially his grandsons.

He was a member of Union Grove Freewill Baptist Church, a veteran, a Mason and a Shriner.

The family would like to thank Angela Cornelius, his wonderful caregiver, his church family and friends and the nurses and staff of Hospice Home Care.

Pallbearers will be his grandsons, Ty Sisson, Ryan Rooke, Reece Rooke and Brad Southard, Cameron Southard and Norman Earles.

Visitation will be Saturday, September 3rd, 2022 at Union Grove Freewill Baptist Church in Atkins at 12:00 with the funeral to follow at 1:00. Bro. Scott Warren and Bro. David Bishop officiating
