Leslie Ann Sagor

Originally from New Haven, CT, she was the second child of Norma “Boots” Zimmer and the late Charles Sagor. She graduated from Southern Connecticut State College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and she operated a daycare center for some years. Most recently she was a Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician and worked for CVS Pharmacy in Pompano Beach, FL.

Leslie is survived by her loving husband Patrick Joyce and her devoted mother “Boots” Zimmer. She was very proud of her children Charles Giordano of Pompano Beach, FL, Kimberly Paulson of Helena, MT, Eoghan (Ally) Joyce of Anchorage, AK, and Aiden (Jordan) Joyce of Roanoke, VA. Leslie delighted in her grandchildren Audrey, Noah, Christopher, Gabe and Daniel.

Leslie is also survived by her brothers Mark (Linda) Sagor of Boxborough, MA, Robert Zimmer of Hamden, CT, Jonathan (Linda) of Peoria, AZ, and David (Janice) Zimmer of Monroeville, PA and many nieces and nephews. Leslie was pre-deceased by her fathers Charles Sagor and Judah Zimmer.

Leslie was a very loving and kind woman who reveled in spending time with her family and friends. There were many “Sunday Funday” gatherings with lot of laughs, storytelling, food and drink.

Services with be at the Star of David Funeral Chapel at 7801 Bailey Road in North Lauderdale, FL on Tuesday, April 28 at 1:45 pm.
