A funeral service for Howard will be held Thursday, May 19, 2022 at 2:45 PM at Star of David Funeral Chapel, 7701 Bailey Road, North Lauderdale, FL 33068. Following the funeral service will be a committal service at 3:15 PM at Garden of David in Bailey Memorial Gardens Cemetery, 7801 Bailey Road, North Lauderdale, FL 33068.
