Louise was a selfless, generous lady who loved to live life to the fullest and could light up a room with her contagious laughter. She loved to spend time with her family and friends, fish, cook, and travel. She loved animals and will be missed by her dog, Beau.
She is survived by her husband of 21 years, W. Howard Shuler, of St. George, a daughter, Cindy Jones Fidler (Jack), of Charleston, a son, Ernest William Jones (Jana), of North Charleston, her sister, Velma Cato (Mike), of North Charleston, her brother, David P. Dennis, of North Charleston, her grandchildren whom she loved so much, William Alexander "Alex" Jones (Michelle), Lauren Louise Fidler (Carver), Cameron Leigh Kentrus (Jordan), Kayla Fidler Humble (Jorden), and a precious great grandson, Easton William Jones. In addition, she is survived by her three stepchildren: David Shuler, Holly Shuler, and Ricky Seyle, and four step-grandchildren: Steven Meadowcroft, Makell, Jayden, and Tierra, and numerous special nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Louise was preceded in death by her husband Ernest "Billy" Jones in 1991.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, May 8, 2019 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home, 7113 Rivers Avenue in North Charleston, with a funeral service following the visitation at 1:00 pm in the Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in Carolina Memorial Park. Pastor Kevin Bennet will officiate.
