Howard A. Scott, 65, of Moncks Corner, SC, passed away on January 12, 2017, at his home, surrounded by family. Born July 17, 1951, he was a native of Charleston; Howard blessed and touched many people’s hearts and was loved by many. He is survived by his two older brothers, Tommie (Sandra) of Pembroke, GA, Bobby (Marilyn) of Savannah, GA; and three sisters, Dorothy (Tom), of Ladson, SC, Debra and Melinda Scott, both of Moncks Corner, SC. He was preceded in death by his father, Waring (Teet) and Agnes Stacey Scott; one brother, David M. Scott; and one sister, Vickie E. Scott. A funeral service will be held in the chapel of Carolina Memorial Funeral Home on Monday, January 16, 2017 at 3:00pm. The family will receive friends in visitation at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home in North Charleston, SC, on Sunday, January 15, 2017, from 6-8pm.
