Carolyn Altman

Carolyn R. Altman, 80, of North Charleston, wife of Daniel L. Altman, passed away on August 5, 2016. She was born on December 9, 1935 in Williamsburg County, SC, to Thomas and Annie Rowell. She leaves behind a loving husband, a son, Kyle Altman of Columbia, and a granddaughter, Kelsey Fort of Greenville, SC. She was retired as a telephone service supervisor at The Charleston Naval Station. She was a member of The Omar Directors Staff Staffets, Daughters Of The Nile, Red Hats, and The North Charleston United Methodist Church. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, August 9, at 11:30am at Trinity United Methodist Church Cemetery, located off of Hwy 51 in Johnsonville, SC, 29555. The visitation will be held on Monday, August 8, from 6-8pm at Carolina Memorial Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children, 950 W.
