Carolyn Jo Lee was born in Norman, Oklahoma, on June 25, 1963. She was the daughter of John Calvin and Rowena Maxine (Teeney) Lee. She grew up in Norman attending Norman Public Schools and graduated from Norman High School in 1985. She then entered the Able Workshop Program where she helped in customer service. She was a member of the Norman Community Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed cooking, swimming, picnics, stringing beads, wearing jewelry watching television and listening to Garth Brooks, and she loved spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Calvin Lee.
She is survived by her mother, Rowena Maxine Lee of Norman, Oklahoma; two brothers, Richard Lee and Bobby Lee both of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; and numerous aunts and uncles.
Services are scheduled for 1:30 pm Thursday, September 8, 2016, at the Norman Community Church of the Nazarene, with Pastor Brent Hardesty officiating. Burial will follow in the IOOF Cemetery.
