Alice Louise Camp

Alice grew up in Maysville, Oklahoma and graduated from Maysville High School in 1959. She worked at Southwestern Bell as an accounting manager for many years until she retired.

Alice enjoyed spending time with her family and serving in her church. She was very active in the Republican party, and was not afraid to stand up for what she believed in. She was an active volunteer for United Way and Salvation Army. She loved people and had a full circle of friends. Alice had many names such as Nina, Nana, Murph, and Little Allie.

She was preceded in death by her husband Carl Camp; parents, Eunice and Toland Pickens; and daughter Cindy Ritter.

She is survived by her sons, Kent Dennis of Fort Worth Texas, Brent Dennis of Henderson Nevada; bonus sons, Joe Jordan and Eddie Clouse; brother George Pickens and wife Clara of Tahlequah Oklahoma; grandchildren, Kate Ritter, Max Ritter, Tanner Dennis, Savannah Dennis, Alle Dennis, Dani Dennis; step-son, Brian Camp and wife JoLynne of Shawnee Oklahoma; step-daughter, Karen Minor and husband Scott of Little Rock Arkansas, and many step grandchildren whom she loved.

A visitation for Alice will be held Friday, December 22, 2023 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Primrose Funeral Service, 1109 North Porter Ave, Norman, OK 73071. A celebration of life for Alice will occur Saturday, December 23, 2023 at 2:00 PM at New Life Bible Church, 3308 Broce Ct, Norman, OK 73072.
