Linda Cecile Troxclair Vicknair passed away on July 7, 2023 at the age of 80, in Metairie, LA. She was born in Madisonville, LA and was a resident of Destrehan, LA. She was the mother and mother in law of Darren P. Vicknair and wife Tammy Duhe Vicknair of Gramercy, LA, Simon Eli Vicknair and wife Jody L. Vicknair of Norco, LA and Jesse L. Vicknair of Reserve, LA. She was the grandmother of Victoria Logan, Hunter and Avery Vicknair, Joelle Lascala and Jenna Lascala.
Linda was the sister and sister in law of Joyce Troxclair Beran and husband, Joseph Beran of Hattiesburg, MS, James N. Troxclair and wife Gloria Mancusso Troxclair of Gramercy, LA and the late Robert S. Troxclair of Texas.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Simon and Cecile St. Pe’ Troxclair, her brother Robert S. Troxclair, her nephew James Norman Troxclair, Jr., and niece Gina Marie Troxclair and Troy Marino her nephew.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 13396 River Road, Destrehan, LA beginning at 9:30AM, Mass to follow at 11AM. Burial will be held in the church cemetery.
