John H. Estes, Jr. age 40, passed away after an accident on Thursday, April 28, 2011. He was a Push Boat Captain with Gnots-Reserve, Inc. for 10 years. His favorite past time was riding his motorcycle.
He is survived by his wife of 3 years, Kaycee Forrest Estes, two daughters; Harley Morgan and Kaylee Estes and one son, John Henry Estes, III. Step-father, Wayne Donaldson. Parents, John and Deborah Estes. Son-in-law of Keith J. Forrest, Sr. and Melissa Forrest. Grandparents; Joseph and Delores Bonicard. Four sisters; Tiffany Estes Bouler (Chip), Amy Lynn Estes, Kathy Donaldson Vignes (Patrick) and Lyndy Donaldson. A number of aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his Mother, Congetta Bonicard Donaldson, grandparents; Forsee “Jack” and Lena Estes.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 3, 2011 from 9:00 am until 10:45 am at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Destrehan. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 am with Fr. Harry Bugler officiant. Entombment will follow in the church mausoleum.
