He is preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Alma Hoffmann, his daughter, Lisa Hoffmann Clement, and his granddaughter, Brittney Hoffmann. He is survived by his granddaughters, Brooke Montz (Drew) and Brandie Quigley (Peyton), six great-grandchildren, Emersynn, Saylor, Anderson, Beckett, Callen, and Ellis, his former wife and good friend, Mary Hoffmann, and son-in-law, Alan Clement.
James worked at ADM Grain Elevator as an operator for many years. He had a love for classic cars, the LSU tigers, and his cat, Nicky Nicole. He adored his family and always enjoyed sharing a meal with them. He will be missed by all who were blessed to know him.
An inurnment will be held at 11 AM on Wednesday, November 13, 2024 at St. Charles Borromeo Cemetery, 13396 River Rd. Destrehan, LA.
