We are deeply saddened to announce that our beloved mother, Lorraine Margaret Schultz (nee Overholt), age 86, of Niagara Falls, Ontario passed away on Sunday, July 2, 2023. She has been reunited with the love of her life Randy Roy (1997). She was born in Niagara Falls Ontario on July 9, 1936, to her parents Harry Burton and Margaret (Harriet) Overholt (late Mervyn Thompson).
Lorraine is survived by her siblings Lynn Audette (late Denis), Mel Thompson (Joana), (the late Alice Janzen, Audrey Sims and Gary Thompson), and her children John Schultz (Brenda), Judith Maiden (Bob), and her grandchildren Jeff Maiden (Lisa), Kristen Maiden, Laura Maiden (John), Sean Maiden (Krishna). She will be lovingly remembered by her many nieces, nephews and friends.
A special thank you is extended to the Emergency Department nurses and doctors of the Greater Niagara General Hospital for their care.
Cremation has taken place. At Lorraine's request there will be no funeral service. A private family service will be held at a later date.
