Jeanne A. Foulis

Passed away at the Greater Niagara General Hospital surrounded by her family on Tuesday, March 15, 2016 in her 92nd year. Dear wife of the late Robert “Bob” Foulis (1981). Beloved mother of Robert Scott Foulis, Becky (Ian) Elliot, Patricia Lee Treggonning, and her late daughter Debbie Schmidt (late son-in-law Leslie). Loving grandmother of Krista and Nicole Foulis, Brianna (Jason Lynch) and Joshua Elliot, Adam and Jeremy “Jake” Schmidt, and Sarah Treggonning; and great grandmother of Jacob and Ashley Schmidt. Lovingly remembered by Tyler and Tucker Lynch. Survived by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents Nina and Eric Scott, sister Marion Stubbins, and brother Jack Scott. Jeanne was a longtime member of the Stamford Lioness Club.

Family and friends will be received at Hetherington & Deans Funeral Chapel, 5176 Victoria Avenue on Thursday from 2 – 4 & 7 – 9 PM. Members of Stamford Lioness Club are invited to attend a memorial service in the funeral home on Thursday evening at 7 PM. A funeral service will be held in the Chapel on Friday, March 18, 2016 at 11 AM. Interment in Fairview Cemetery. As an expression of sympathy, memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
