John F. Wright

John was born September 20, 1946 in Paterson, NJ to the late John F. and Florence (Anderson) Wright. He was raised in Denville, NJ and was a 20 year resident of Pennsylvania. John was a proud US Army Veteran, serving during the Vietnam era. He was employed by AT&T for 30 years prior to his retirement in 1995.

In addition to his parents, John was also preceded in death by his wife, Dawn M. Wright; and his longtime companion, Nellie Kasarjian. He is survived by his 3 sons, Todd Wright, ( Michelle) Richard Wright ( Ivette ) and Joseph Wright;( Chrisha ) his sister, Jeanne Bednar ; his 7 grandchildren, Brandy, Matthew, Owen, Jackson, MacKenna, Lillian and Shane; and his 2 nephews, Scott and John.

Visitation will be held from 5 pm to 7 pm on Monday, October 7, 2024 at the Smith-McCracken Funeral Home, 63 High St, Newton, NJ 07860.
