Grace A. Lukawski

Born in Newark, Grace was raised in Harrison and Kearny. She was a homemaker, but also worked for Meals on Wheels for many years prior to her retirement. A member of the Lafayette Federated Church JOY Club, Grace was a former member of the Sandyston Seniors. She enjoyed playing Bingo.

The daughter of the late Charles and Stella Wisneski Stancel, Grace is survived by her husband of 70 years, Chester F. Lukawski; her children, Dennis Lukawski, Deborah Dickson and Jeffrey T. Lukawski; and her brother, Charles Stancel. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation and funeral services were under the direction of the Smith-McCracken Funeral Home, 63 High Street Newton, NJ. Interment was held in Tranquility Cemetery.
