Manuel was born in Valencia, CA on April 24, 1976. He graduated from Wm. S. Hart High School and continued on to receive an A.S.in Administration of Justice from College of the Canyons.
Manuel was engaged to Trina and helped care for her son, Jayden, whom he loved very much.
Manuel worked as a federal officer for Victorville Federal Prison, and was looking forward to embarking on his new journey as an officer with the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency. He was also actively involved in the Army Reserves and volunteered for Vital Intervention and Directional Alternatives encouraging at-risk teens to redirect their lives. His career in law enforcement was a great source of pride for both him and his family.
One of his favorite pastimes was being among family and close friends. Manuel was an honorable man and was loved by everyone who met him. His witty personality and joking manner always made people laugh even in the toughest times. He loved his nieces and nephew. He always made the time to play with them and dedicate one-on-one time with each of them.
Manuel is survived by his mother and father, Rebecca and Francisco Sanchez, his sister Julie, and his younger brother Steve.
The family wishes to thank everyone for their continuous emotional support during this very difficult time.
