Gregory Scott Smith

Greg passed away in peace, Saturday, April 30th, 2011 of cancer, at the too young age of 50. He was preceded in death by his father, Byron Conrad Smith and brother, B. C. Smith. The loving son of Helen Kelsey, loving father of Charlie and Kendall Smith, brother to Robin (Larry) Andrews, uncle to nieces and nephew, Carter, Lauren, and Evan Andrews. Greg will be fondly remembered by his extended family and a countless number of friends. Greg was a people pleaser, full of life, quite the jokester, and always willing to lend a helping hand and would make you smile. He loved racing, rodeo, stunt work, motorcycles, country music and scuba diving. Greg was a certified E. M. T. He was on team rescue for the International Hot Boat Association, the National Jet Boat Association, and the American Power Boat Association. Greg was at one time employed by the Motion Picture Industry and for over the last 30 years was self employed as an electrical contractor.

Greg will be truly missed, but never forgotten, rest in Peace.

The celebration of Greg’s life will be June 18, 2011 at 1:00 p.m.
