Donald Lee Coleman

A graveside service will be held Friday, June 16, 2023 at 10:00 am at Eternal Valley Memorial Park, Santa Clarita, California.

Don was born in Los Angeles, CA, to William P. Coleman and Bette Thompson on September 3, 1941. He went to school at Van Nuys High School. He married Dorothy Ann Lewis on July, 10, 1965 in Venice, CA. Don worked as a newspaper boy, windshield installer, barber, explosives mixer at the Bermite facility, and he spent 46 years working for Chevron USA, El Segundo Refinery, and retired as a shift supervisor. He served in the Navy between the Korean and Vietnam wars. He was involved with the Masons.

Don is preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Coleman.

Don is survived by his son William (Kathlee) Coleman; his step-sons Daniel (Ann) Kephart, Richard (Anna) Kephart, and Norman Kephart; brothers Robert (Faye) Coleman and Richard Coleman; grandchildren Paul Coleman, Daniel Kephart, Patrick (Sylena) Kephart, and Andrew (Samantha) Kephart; and great-grandchildren Paisley and Ellie Kephart.
