horses, driving and flipping “The Mule,” painting cars, taking things apart, playing in the wash with her sister, and hopping
in a car with a stranger to get pomegranates. She grew up with lots of animals which fostered her love for her “Austin
Terrier” Olive.
She attended Little Shepherds Preschool prior to attending Our Lady of Perpetual Help for grammar school. Ashley
attended Placerita Junior High prior to attending Hart High School. At Hart High School she joined the Girls Golf Team and
her passion for golf grew. She graduated from Hart High School in 2006, continuing her education at College of the Canyons.
There she was a Business Major and joined the COC Women’s Golf Team that would go on to win the 2007 State
Championship. She was afforded a Golf Scholarship at Morehead State University where she completed her Bachelors in
Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate, graduating in 2011.
Ashley, a dedicated and accomplished professional, attained her real estate license in 2012, marking the inception of
her illustrious career in the industry. Her relentless pursuit of excellence led her to achieve her real estate broker license in
2019, a testament to her unwavering commitment and expertise in the field. Throughout her career, Ashley showcased
remarkable skill and dedication, establishing herself as a respected figure in the real estate community and achieving
remarkable success in helping countless clients fulfill their property dreams. In addition to helping people find their dream
home, she became very successful flipping properties with her best friend and business partner. She spent many years
working with the Old Town Newhall Organization. Some of her additional accomplishments included receiving the “40
under Forty” award as an expression of their gratitude for her volunteering efforts that benefited the Santa Clarita
Community. Aside from her professional accomplishments, part of her life adventures included summiting Half Dome and
