Bonnie Marie Schoenbaechler

Bonnie was a member of Warrick County Home Extension for 40+ years. She was a Cub Scout Den Leader.

She belonged to the bowling league at Lincoln Lanes in Boonville, Indiana.

Bonnie had been a volunteer at St. Mary’s. She taught quilting and was an avid gardener.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 49 years, Francis; mother, Margaret Fritts, and stepfather, Eddie Fritts; sister, Virginia Daywalt; brother, George Bender; grandmother, Marie Withers (she raised Bonnie).

She is survived by her sons, Jay Schoenbaechler (Debbie) of Evansville, Frank Schoenbaechler of Boonville; and Glenn Schoenbaechler (Dana) of Newburgh; grandchildren, Logan, Emily Marie, Katelin Alyssa Marie, Jayson, Dale, and Sarah Fran; brother, Richard Bender; and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be 1:00 PM Thursday, September 6, 2012, at Alexander Newburgh Chapel, with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be Wednesday from 3:00 to 7:00 PM and Thursday from 11:00 AM until service time at the funeral home.

The family would like to thank the staff at Atria and VNA Charlier Hospice Center for their care and kindness.
