Myrtle Pressnell

Myrtle Pressnell, age 84, of New Tazewell, Tennessee was born November 16, 1936 and passed away peacefully at her home Wednesday, September 29, 2021 with her family. She testified of her salvation and love of the Lord many times and was a member of Lone Holly Missionary Baptist Church. Myrtle is preceded in death by her husband of 65 years, Rev. Loy Pressnell; son Jimmy Pressnell; daughter-in-law, Rutha Pressnell; parents, G.W. and Birdie Bull; brothers, Virch (Geneva) Bull, Glenn (Irene) Bull, Lillion (Edna) Bull & Everett (Cotton) Bull; sisters, Ada (Fred) Dykes and Alene Bull.

She is survived by her Children: Stanley Pressnell, Jennifer Pressnell Maples & Jeff Pressnell; Daughter-in-law: Sherry Pressnell; Grandsons: Joshua Pressnell & Jimmy (Jami) Holland; Granddaughter: Hope (Jim) Ervin; Faithful Pet & best Friend: Bella; 7 Great Grandchildren and 2 great great Grandhchildren; Brothers: Roy Bull, Fred (Claire) Bull, J.C. Bulll, Joe (Jewell) Bull and Sister: Mary Greer. A special thank you to Avalon Hospice Nurses, Jamie & CNA Rhianna.

The family will receive friends Tuesday October 5, 2021 from 6 until 9 P.M. at Coffey Funeral Home in Tazewell, TN. Funeral service will be 11 A.M. Wednesday in the Coffey Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside service to follow in the Duncan-Baldwin Cemetery.
