Eric Dwayne Chambers Jr, passed away on March 15, 2015 after a heroic battle with cancer. Mr. Chambers, 63, was born and raised in Mount Vernon, New York. He was a graduate from Temple University as well as the St. Emma Military Academy in Virginia. He proudly served as a correctional officer at Sing Sing Correctional Facility in Ossining, NY, for 25 years. He was the son of Elizabeth Chambers and Eric Chambers, Sr (both deceased), and is survived by his daughter, Violet Fredericks. Arrangements are entrusted to the George T. Davis Funeral Home.
