William was born on August 18, 1935 to James and Myrtle (Tabor) Pugh in Hanging Rock, OH.
Bill worked for 35 years at Johns Manville as an electrician before retiring and moving to Florida. He also went to Bible college and achieved his dream of receiving his pastoral degree. Bill was known for his unique ability to tell stories. He never met a person that he didn't talk about Jesus with them. He attended Calvary Chapel Church and he loved his Lord with all his heart.
His legacy began with his first marriage to Joanne Stamper. He is survived by his three daughters: Tammy (Dallas) Taylor, Pamela Hahn, Kristi (Brian) Eitniear, and son William (Bill) (Alicia) Richardson. 9 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, 7 great great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Bill is preceded in death by his second wife Jane Pugh and his parents, his brother James Pugh, his sisters Frieda Stouffer and Charlize Deweeze.
A visitation for William will be held Monday, November 25, 2024 from 2:30 PM to 3:00 PM at Meadowlawn Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens, 4244 Madison Street, New Port Richey, FL 34652. Following the visitation will be a graveside service from 3:00 PM to 3:30 PM at External Service Location, 4244 Madison St, New Port Richey, FL 34653.
