Sharyn A Hardin, 76, sadly left us on February 19th, 2023. She is survived by her husband William Glenn Hardin, daughter Chelle St.Pierre, her partner Diana, and their children Jon Erik, Matthew, and Nicholas. As well as her devoted brother Charles Giammo, sister in-law Cindy, sister Janice, second daughter Lynn Vairo, and an extended family of many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Sharyn was known by most as Sherry, and also affectionately known as “the Queen”. A loving wife and devoted mother, Sherry was also a brilliant, dedicated, and award-winning educator for 47 years, touching the lives of countless students and teachers. She directed and choreographed the Freedom Dancers dance team and owned The Studio of Performing Arts where she reigned supreme and instructed various classes.
Always a hippie at heart, Sherry loved all things 60’s, especially the Beatles, Joplin, and Hendrix. She was an extremely passionate Green Bay Packer fan and relished a good rivalry. Exceptionally creative and artistic, she enjoyed the theatre, singing, dancing, acting, painting, and writing poetry, as well as funny stories. Sherry had a heart of gold and loved her friends and colleagues fiercely. She brought laughter and fun everywhere she went.
Sherry adored playing Scrabble with family and friends and avidly played Words with Friends online with many. She cherished her two little dogs Katie II and Chico, taking countless pictures of them. Sherry was deeply spiritual and believed in peace and equality for all. She truly enriched the lives of everyone she knew.
Our beautiful Queen was loved by many, especially her family and friends. She will be deeply missed and eternally honored.
