Stella Marian Inzerilla DuQuesne

Beloved wife of the late Russel DuQuesne, Sr. Loving mother of the late John Barrett (Marie), Stella Barrett (Donald Bulloch), James Barrett (Lynne Connors), Sara Bienvenu (Brian), Joseph Barrett and the late Russel DuQuesne, Jr. (Elizabeth). Proud grandmother of Christopher Barrett, Philip Barrett (Brittany), Jeanette Hausser, Jacob Haffner (Elizabeth), Elizabeth Barrett, Joseph Bienvenu (Raina Zelinski), Clare Bienvenu (Gabriele De Santis), Luke Bienvenu, Samuel Bienvenu and the late Brandy DuQuesne. Proud great-grandmother of Payton, Wyatt, Reese, Dalton and Cameron Barrett, Bryce and Madison Gomez, Vittorio and Alessia De Santis, Emma Wahnsiedler and Eric Zitzmann. Adored sister of the late Josephine Inzerilla Forte, Joseph Charles Inzerilla of San Lorenzo, CA and Richard F. Evans, Jr. (Alice). Marian is preceded in death by her father Anthony “Tony” Inzerilla; mother Louise Gagliano Evans and step-father Richard F. Evans, Sr. Marian will be forever in the hearts of her entire family including many nieces and nephews who loving called her “Aunt Marian.” Marian was born in Donaldsonville, Louisiana and was a native New Orleanian since her early youth. Marian was a devoted mother who loved her children dearly. Marian, who later in life liked to be called “Stella”, was loving and outgoing and made many friends over the years.

Relatives and friends are invited to celebrate her life at a Memorial Mass on Friday, October 26, 2018, at Transfiguration of the Lord Catholic Church, 5621 Elysian Fields Ave., New Orleans, LA 70122 at 11 AM. Visitation will begin at 10 AM. Interment will be private.
