Robert Hardin Turner passed away on Sunday, August 14, 2016. He was 89 years old. Loving husband for 41 years to Beverli Malkove Turner. Beloved father of Robert Malkove Turner (Kristin). Grandfather of Ian Caleb Turner. Brother-in-law of Carolyn and Charles Wickstrom. Brother of the late Gordon Turner. Son of the late Robert and Elizabeth Hawkins Turner.
Robert was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, and moved to New Orleans in 1981. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. He was an avid tennis player, and a big fan of the Saints.
