Mrs. Marie Alice Wagner Goodfellow

Marie Alice Wagner Goodfellow passed away on Friday, July 25, 2014, at the age of 78. Beloved wife of the late Paul Guy Goodfellow for 54 years. Mrs. Goodfellow is survived by her children, Gay Ann Tangen (Robin), Keith Goodfellow, M.D. (Darla) and Denise Kerut, M.D. (Ken); grandchildren, Steven Shea, Jr., Aimee Vitek, Caitlin Worden, Samantha Goodfellow, Katie Majeste, Hillary Goodfellow, Thor Goodfellow, Kenny Kerut, Kirsten Tangen, Desiree Goodfellow, Christian Kerut; great-grandsons Victor Shea and Nathanael Worden; brother William A. Wagner, Jr. (Ruth). She is preceded in death by her parents William A. Wagner, M.D. and Alma Marie Wagner. She graduated Valedictorian of Rugby Academy and attended Newcomb College. Mrs. Goodfellow was involved in numerous organizations and charities throughout her life including Past President of The Lighthouse for The Blind and Ladies Auxiliary of the Eye, Ear, Nose, and Throat Hospital of New Orleans. She was a successful real estate broker and master appraiser and award winning artist. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans on Tuesday, July 29, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Visitation will begin at 9:00 a.m. until service time.
