Denise attended Holy Name of Jesus elementary school, Mercy Academy and was a proud graduate of LSU. Her last position prior to retirement was as a Supervisory Academy Instructor at IRS’ National Criminal Investigation Training Academy in Brunswick, GA as well as two Supervisory Special Agent positions in field offices.
Denise loved her family deeply and anyone who was lucky enough to have known her well, knew well that she had a special gift that always made anyone she spoke with feel as though they were the only person in the room and that they were so important to her; she genuinely cared so much more about others than she did herself, she was completely selfless.
She adored her beloved dogs Quincy and Belu and will be sorely missed.
The family will receive guests and visitation will be from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, with a chapel service taking place at 1:00 PM.
