Anna "Nana" Mary Martin Archer

On Sunday, June 10, 2018, Anna Mary Martin Archer was surrounded by her loving family when she was called home to Heaven. Ann was preceded in death by her parents George Martin & Frances Thomas Martin; John Archer & Thelma Englert Archer; and her grandson Otis Archer. Ann is survived by the love of her life of 46 years, John “Jack” Archer, her children Charlotte and Ben Wallace, Christian Archer, Colette and Greg Salter; her grandchildren Olivia and Joseph Wallace; Dakota, Cheyenne, and Savannah Salter; Elijah and Lorelei Lingle. She is also survived by her sister, Carol Martin Haddock (Dave Haddock) and her brother, Kevin Martin (Susan Martin). Ann is also loved and survived by extended family members Mary Collins, McKenzie Chila and Mia Collins. Ann leaves behind four loving sisters-in-law along with many nieces and nephews who all loved their “Aunt Ann”.

While we cherish her memory, we would all do well to live by the example that she has left for us.

A Funeral Mass and Visitation will be held at Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., New Orleans, Louisiana 70124, on Friday, June 15, 2018. The Funeral Mass will begin at 1:00 pm, Visitation for family and friends will be from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Metairie Cemetery.
