Ann Hazel Daigle passed away on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at the age of 94. She has now rejoined her late husband, Freddie J. Daigle, in their heavenly home. Ann is preceded in death by her siblings: Peter Daigle, Louise Breaux, Inez Thompson and Louis Daigle. She is survived by her children: Sandra Berlier, David Daigle, Deborah Davis, Gail Nolan, Fred Daigle and her daughter-in-law Lisa S. Daigle. She was the loving grandmother of 11 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren and 1 great – great grandchild. She is also survived by her sisters Hazel Hurst and Josephine Bennett and many nieces, nephews and family members. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Mass in the Chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd., on Tuesday, June 21, 2016 at 12 Noon. Visitation will begin at 9:30AM until service time. Interment will follow in Lake Lawn Park Mausoleum. The family would like to express their gratitude to her caregivers: Joan Abadie, Liz Regan, Beryl Reid, Tara Celestin and the wonderful staff of Serenity Hospice.
