Andrew Hillery Cobb passed away on Monday, August 22, 2022 at the age of 60. He was born on October 25, 1961 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Andrew received his Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Andrew was President of World Ship Supply (Texas), Inc. He was a member of ATO (Alpha Tau Omega) Fraternity. He was also member of the NAMS-National Association of Marine Suppliers and ISSA-International Ship Suppliers Association.
Andrew was preceded in death by his parents James Armond Cobb Jr. and Isabel Hillery Cobb; and also his niece Katie Ambrogio.
Andrew is survived by his son, Gavin A. Cobb; his sister, Catherine Cobb Nortman (David); his brothers, James Armond Cobb III (Monique) and Michael P. Cobb (Mary). He is also survived by his nieces and nephews, Laura Ambrogio, Ashley Cobb (Taylor), Jace Cobb (Elizabeth), Brandon Cobb (Kelsey), David Ambrogio, Christopher Ambrogio, Parker Cobb.
The family would like to give special thanks to his girlfriend, Holly Crane.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the visitation on Wednesday, August 31, 2022at 10 a.m. immediately followed by a 12 p.m. Mass in the chapel of Lake Lawn Metairie Funeral Home at 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. New Orleans, Louisiana 70124. He will be laid to rest in his family tomb in Metairie Cemetery following Mass.
