Patrice, as she was known by family and friends, was born December 23, 1958 in Frankfurt, Germany, one of three children to the late Joseph N. Baudoin, Sr. and Helen Valls Baudoin. Patrice was a book keeper and most recently worked with Charter Supply. Outside of her work, she lived a quiet and simple life. One of her favorite pastimes was sitting down with a good book and tuning out the world or enjoying a meal with friends at her favorite restaurant, Paradise Pizza. Jennifer and Edmund also spoke of the great times they had when visiting her sister, Judy, on the west coast in Washington and Oregon. Above all, Patrice's greatest love was her family. Her sweet smile and kind heart will live on with all that knew and loved her. Until we meet again, Rest well.
Those left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Jennifer Mae Rose and fiancé Dillon Judice and her son Edmund C. Rose, IV; her sister, Judy Vaughn and husband Danny of Salem; and host of Aunts, Uncles, and Nieces and Nephews that she loved dearly.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Baudoin, Sr. and Helen Valls Baudoin, and her brother, Joseph N. "Joey" Baudoin Jr. who recently passed away in June of 2020.
A memorial Mass celebrating Patrice's life will be held at 11:00 am Friday, February 26, 2021 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Delcambre. Fr. Brian Harrington will be the celebrant. Following the mass, she will be laid to rest with her parents and brother in the church mausoleum.
