Donna was a kind and loving woman who adored her family. Her grandchildren lovingly called her “Mama D”, a name that reflected her nurturing and devoted nature. She cherished her family deeply, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who held a very special place in her heart. She would often say that her great-grandchildren were her favorite, and her love for them was immeasurable.
Donna enjoyed many simple pleasures in life, including visiting the Cypress Bayou Casino. Sundays were reserved for the gift giveaways, while Mondays were for earning triple points on her favorite slot machines.
She was also passionate about crocheting and tending to her vegetable garden. Donna and her sister-in-law spent many hours canning vegetables, making pickled eggs, and creating delicious pickled cucumbers, moments she treasured.
Donna is survived by her son, David Williamson; her daughter, Laurie W. Trahan (David); her son, Chris Williamson; her chosen children, Craig Landry (Dawn) and Frank Hartwell (Maggie); her sister, Jeanette Viken; her grandchildren, Dustin Trahan, Dylan Maturin, Khili Gremillion (Mark), and Chloe Williamson (Noah Badeaux); and her great-grandchildren, Isla Gremillion and Roman Martin.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Hebert; her father, Davis Boullion; her mother, Euranie Hoffpauir Boullion; and her sister, Beatrice Hanks.
A private burial will be held at a later date.
Donna’s love for her family and the memories she created with them will live on forever. She will be deeply missed, but her spirit and kindness will remain in the hearts of all who knew her.
