April 24, 1944 in San Cipirello, Italy to Francesco and Providenza Mannino. He is survived by his wife Grace (née Zummo), son Frank and daughter-in-law Andrea, his siblings, and many nieces and nephews.
Vincent, or Enzo as he was known to friends and family, emigrated to Venezuela at the age of 6 and then again to Brooklyn at age 16. He served proudly as a Sergeant in the Marine Corps, spending 13 months in Vietnam. After marrying Grace in 1970, they moved to Long Island where he was Director of Human Resources for the Internal Revenue Service in their Holtsville, NY office. Vincent and Grace retired in 2002, splitting time between Congers, New York and Marco Island, Florida before settling in Florida full time and eventually moving to Naples, Florida. He spent his retirement playing golf, watching sunsets, travelling the world, and enjoying life to the fullest with his friends and family.

Services will be held at Michael J Higgins Funeral Home, 321 S Main Street, New City, NY from 9:00 am to 11:00 am on Friday, December 29 th followed at noon by an entombment in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Hawthorne, NY.
