Robert Brazilian of Shokan, New York, passed away on August 12, 2022, at the age of 72. He was born on December 28, 1949 to Harold and Dorothy Brazilian and was raised alongside his siblings June, Joyce, Carol, Edward and Nancy. Bobby spent most of his life in New York, where he married and raised his children.
In 1998, Bobby reunited with Frieda, the love of his life, and moved to Florida where they were married in March of 2007. Tragically, in October of that same year, Bobby had lost his son, Thomas.
Bobby and Frieda lived in Florida for 12 years, before moving back to New York in 2012. Sadly, Bobby then lost his wife to Cancer in March of 2016.
Bobby enjoyed working with his hands like painting and construction. He was an avid hunter, loved fishing, gardening and just about anything outdoors. One of his greatest joys also came from his family. He is survived by his loving step-daughters Melissa, Michelle and Kathie and his 7 grandchildren. He is also survived by his Sisters, June, Carol and Nancy and his many nieces and nephews.
Being the simple man that he was, Bobby asked for no Service or Memorial. Per his wishes, he will be cremated; then along with his Frieda’s ashes, they both will be scattered into the ocean. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the United Hospice of Rockland, 11 Stokum Lane, New City, NY 10956
