Michael (Mike) Mahoney, 78, passed away peacefully on August 20, 2020.
Mike was born in Ballyline, Ballylongford Co. Kerry, Ireland to Michael and Ellen (Downey) Mahoney on May 8, 1942. Mike, a resident of Rockland County for nearly 30 years, was an avid NJ Devil’s fan and Co.Kerry GAA fan, but above all he cherished his family and grandchildren. Michael is preceded in death by his beloved wife Eileen O’Shea-Mahoney. He is survived by his treasured family and grandchildren.
Visiting hours will be at Higgins Funeral Home in New City on August 25, 2020 from 3:00-7:00pm.
A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at St. Anthony’s Church in Nanuet at 10:00 a.m. on August 26, 2020.
