Mary Gasper (Tina) of Spring Valley, NY, 83 years old, passed away peacefully on November 1, 2023. She is survived by her sister Donna Hartman (brother in law Merryl Hartman), her brother Michael Gasper, and her brother Jeffery Gasper. She is also survived by her 3 nieces Megan Hartman (Wayne Reising), Kimberly Hartman and Ashley Hartman and her 2 great nephews (Lincoln and Zachary Reising). She was predeceased in death by father Gaza Gasper and her sister Elizabeth Deyne.
She enjoyed spending time with her family for Sunday dinners always asking “Should we get chicken or a pizza”, as well as watching classic movies. She also never missed an opportunity to shop a good sale.
Mary was born in New York City, NY to Gaza Gasper on October 12, 1940.
She worked in the purchasing department for Nyack Hospital for many years until her retirement in 2006.
A memorial service will be held Saturday November 11, 2023 at Higgins Funeral Home New City, NY from 1pm-3pm.
In Lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
