Margaret Ryan Malloy, 92 years old, of New City, NY passed away on September 26, 2012. She was born on June 24, 1920 to Leslie Ryan & Agnes (Gannon). Margaret received all her sacraments, with the exception of baptism, at St. Anthony’s Church. She was an avid photographer, was active in her community, enjoyed spending time with her friends at the New City Park Lake and volunteered with The Rockland Historical Society. She is predeceased by her husband Neil and by her son, Neil Joseph. She has 7 daughters, 17 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter. The family will be accepting visitors on Sunday, September 30, 2012 at Higgins Funeral Home, 321 South Main Street in New City, NY from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. A funeral service will take place at 10am on October 1, 2012 at St. Anthony’s Shrine. Burial to follow at St. Anthony’s Cemetery.
