Veronica Frances (Rybczynski) Sawicki, 89, beloved wife of Henry S. Sawicki, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 19, 2014. She was born in East Windsor and was daughter to the late Zygmunt and Stanislawa Frances (Grabowski) Rybczynski. She had been employed by the St. Francis Hospital as a registered nurse.
In addition to her husband, Henry S., she is also survived and will be dearly missed by her children: Henry T. Sawicki, Thomas H. Sawicki, Marciann Jones and Patricia Dering-Hardie and their families and her extended family.
Family and friends are invited Saturday, August 23, 2014 for her funeral liturgy at 9:15am at Sacred Heart Church, 158 Broad St., New Britain, followed by her burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery, 650 Burritt St.,New Britain.
