Tamara Karen Mifflin 45, of New Britain Connecticut passed away in the early morning of August 17th, 2019. Tamara was a beautiful woman who was born and raised in New Britain CT. She is survived by her 4 daughters, Tamara Johnson, Infinity Boddie, Justyce Mifflin, and Tyana Mangini, her 3 grandchildren Londyn Ford, Lee’vy Witherspoon, and Grayson Ford and her Brothers and sisters, Kenneth Drake, Nicole Drake, Marquita Mifflin, and Everett Mifflin. And a host of many nieces and nephews. As a child Tamara was very gifted, she enjoyed singing and participating in beauty pageants. In her spare time, she enjoyed spending quality time with her children and grandchildren. Tamara may no longer be here on earth but she is with us in spirit, she is no longer suffering and instead rejoicing with her mother, Shirlene, her Father Leroy, her Step Father Francis and 3 sisters, Pamela, Marlene, and Daphne. We don’t understand why, but we must never question god’s plan! We may feel alone and we may feel sad and cannot find comfort during this time, but it is important to understand she lives in us through us and around us, and she is now in a much better place. In this time of sorrow and grief we would like to leave you with these words and hope that you can find comfort from within: She wants us to know “this isn’t goodbye, this is see you later" Services will be held on Saturday, August 31, 2019, calling hours at 10 a.m. and the Celebration Service at 11:00am at New Britain Memorial & Donald D.
