Stanley emigrated from Poland and settled in New Britain. He met his wife Maria and they were married at Sacred Heart Church in 1966.
Stanley was the owner and operator the NYSA Manufacturing Company in New Britain. For several decades he took great pride in manufacturing many specialized parts for the aerospace industry.
Though he was a very talented and hardworking person, his greatest joy was being with his family and taking care of his home. Some of his most enjoyable times were relaxing in Old Lyme with family and friends, especially his five grandchildren who were the light of his life.
He is survived by his devoted wife of 49 years, Maria (Depa) Szczesniak. He is also survived by two beloved children and their families, Joanne Pescosolido, her husband Gary and their sons James and Evan; and Adam Szczesniak his wife Megan and their three children Molly, Logan and Addison. He is also survived by a sister, Regina Malon of Poland and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be on Monday, September 14, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at Sacred Heart Church. 158 Broad Street, New Britain, CT. Burial will follow at Sacred Heart Cemetery.
Calling hours will be Monday morning at 8:30 AM till 9:30 AM at New Britain Memorial Sagarino Funeral Home, 444 Farmington Avenue, New Britain.
