Carmen Rosado

Carmen L. Rosado, age 87, of New Britain, Connecticut passed away on Monday, October 16, 2023 at Civita Care Center of Newington. She was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. Carmen was a resident of New Britain for 37 years. Carmen is predeceased by both of her parents, four brothers and two sisters. Carmen is survived by three children, Jeffrey Hernandez, Jorge Javier Hernandez and Aleidy L. Hernandez. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, Javier Jr., Julio Enrique, Steven, Yomar, Jorge Jr., Catherine, Jasmin Enid, Hailie Angeliz, and Aiyanna Nicole and several step-grandchildren. Carmen is also survived by more than 10 great-grandchildren and several step-greatgrandchildren. Carmen was a woman of faith and took great joy in serving the Lord. She always helped and provided for anyone in need, and always had the Lord present in her life. Carmen lived life to the fullest and was known as the life of the party. She was loved and adored by many family members and friends. She will forever be in our hearts.

Calling Hours will be held on at New Britain memorial & Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home on Thursday, October 19th, from 4PM-7:30PM. A brief gathering prior to interment will take place at New Britain Memorial & Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home from 11:00 AM to 11:30 AM on Friday, October 20, 2023. Burial will take place at 12:00 PM at Fairview Cemetery, 120 Smalley St, New Britain CT 06053.
